Thirsty Rainspout
Rainspout: a pipe or channel for carrying off rainwater from the roof to the ground to prevent possible damages to the building.
You can see different types of rainspouts in the southern half of Iran in this collection; from expensive stone ones to rainspouts made of worthless but applied waste. All of them have one thing in common with each other and that’s uselessness. Because the south of Iran has suffered from a major drought that made the rainspouts useless for many years, like one of those which has not seen water for 15 years.
